Melons! The summer coolers:

  • Watermelon is 92% water and is low in calories, which can help with weight loss by making you feel full and reducing your appetite.
  • Cantaloupes (Muskmelon): It's a summer fruit rich in Vitamin A and antioxidants like beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and cryptoxanthin.
  • Honeydew melons are rich in vitamins C and A, potassium, B-complex vitamins, and minerals such as copper, calcium, and manganese.
