How to File a Claim Under Your Reliance Health Infinity Insurance?

You can choose between cashless and reimbursement claims at your convenience.

With a cashless claim request, we settle the bills directly with the hospital on your behalf. For a reimbursement claim, you must pay the bills from your pocket and then submit the necessary bills and receipts to us to get the claim settlement amount reimbursed.

Cashless Claims Process

  • Step 1- Inform us regarding the claim within 24 hours for emergency cases or 48 hours for planned treatment. You can do so by calling us at +91-22-1800-3009 or downloading our Reliance Self-i App to register the claim.
  • Step 2- We will then check the applicable coverage you can opt for under your plan. Once done, we will send a letter of authorisation to the hospital. The hospital will also be sent the necessary documents.
  • Step 3- You must pay the non-medical expenses on your own. You must also submit the applicable claim forms and any other supporting documents.
  • Step 4- Once your treatment is completed, we will pay the hospital on your behalf as per the policy terms and authorisation letter.

Please note that additional documents might be requested for claim settlement.
