  • You should start by slowly elevating your head and raise your chest.
  • You should feel relaxed, your shoulders and chest should be kept easy. Open your arms wide. 
  • Your palms should be facing up, and you should spread your legs straight down.

  • Uttanasana (Forward Bend)

  • You should stretch your feet to hip-distance apart from the standing position.
  • You should gently start to fold and slightly bend your knees. After that, you should relax your hips.
  • If you are doing this yoga pose for a long time, then you should rest your hands on the floor. Otherwise, you can place your hands on the thighs or ankles.
  • You should stay in this yoga position for 5-10 breaths.
