​​The Maruti Suzuki Ritz is a compact hatchback that is based on its international sibling, the Suzuki Splash. It was jointly developed by the Japanese automobile manufacturer, Suzuki and Adam Opel OG. The Ritz made its way to various countries under diff​erent names which signify its popularity during its release. It has now been succeeded by the likes of Celerio and Ignis from the Maruti Suzuki stable.

Maruti Suzuki Ritz Variants

​ The Ritz had a number of variants ranging from a price point of 4.68 lakhs to 6.93 lakhs. They are LXI, VXI, VXI, ZXI, LDI, VDI namely. Amongst these, the VDI and VXI variants have the ABS functionality. Additionally, there is another variant – AT that has an automatic transmission. The Maruti Suzuki Ritz comes in both, diesel as well as petrol variants.
