If you have insured yourself and/ or your family with Reliance HealthGain Health Insurance Policy, then we guarantee you our services. Our Service Guarantee speaks of the confidence we have in our deliverable. How? Take a look:

Policy Service Guarantee: 
If, after you have bought the health in​surance policy​, there is a delay in the process of issuing a Policy for more than 10 Working days from the date of receipt of all completed documents (including Medical reports, as applicable) and premium, the Company shall provide a onetime additional amount of Sum Insured of Rs 10,000/- which will be applicable only for 1 year Policy Period and shall not be applicable for renewals.

Claim Service Guarantee:
CASHLESS: If the Insured Person notifies a request for Cashless facility, along with complete set of documents & information then the Company will respond within 6 business hours. In the event that fails to respond within 6 business hours, then we are liable to pay 1% of claim amount.
REIMBURSEMENT: If the Insured Person notifies a request for Reimbursement, along with complete set of documents & information then the Company will process the claim within 21 days. In the event that fails to send respond within 21days, then we are liable to pay 1% of claim amount.
