ChatGPT has sparked widespread curiosity about AI capabilities, attracting over a million active users with its versatility across content creation, brainstorming and coding in languages like Python and SQL. Companies increasingly adopt it for information organisation, research, business planning and sales copy optimisation.

Gaurav Chaudhri, CTO of Reliance General Insurance, views ChatGPT as ""a leap forward in AI-augmented search"" with significant language capabilities.
