It plays an important role in developing innovative sales strategies, customer profiling, fraud prevention, etc.

The insurance company has implemented several technological innovations to streamline claims processing. Customers can initiate claims through digital platforms such as the 'Selfie' app, WhatsApp, etc., allowing for a seamless and user-friendly experience. AI-powered voice bots and conversational assistants facilitate real-time claim status tracking, reducing the need for manual intervention.

He also highlighted the use of scorecards for dealers and hospitals, which aid in assessing cases analytically by leveraging data. This data-driven approach ensures more accurate evaluations and enhances overall operational efficiency. ​By adopting these AI and data analytics tools, Reliance General Insurance aims to improve customer satisfaction and optimise internal processes.
