Digitisation has improved buying and managing insurance policies for policyholders. In an interview with Sakal, Reliance General Insurance’s CEO Rakesh Jain said that the company was the first to bring digitisation to the forefront.

He also explained the benefits of digitisation, such as improved transparency, faster processes and less paperwork. He also explained the importance of buying health and property insurance early in life for maximum coverage.
