Bajaj Pulsar Two Wheeler Insurance

Bajaj Pulsar Insurance

The Bajaj Pulsar is one of the best selling bikes in India. It is what is called a performance bike and it was one of the first bikes in this category in India. The Bajaj Pulsar was launched by Bajaj Auto in 2001, as the company's maiden offering targeted at the then poorly serviced higher capacity motorcycle segment. Since then, many motorcycle companies have come out with higher power motorcycles but none have managed to become as successful as the Pulsar.

As of 2018, the Bajaj Pulsar is available in three, cylinder capacities- 150 CC, 180 CC, and 200 CC. The company used to produce a 135 CC model too but it was discontinued. The bike is available in five colors - Black Pack, Chrome Pack, Laser Black, Dyno Red and Nuclear Blue. Not many people are aware, the Bajaj Pulsar also packs two propriety Bajaj Auto technologies – ExhaustTEC and DTSi.

DTSi is a short form for Digital Twin Spark Ignition. Using two spark plugs, instead of the standard single spark plug to ignite fuel in the ignition chamber increases fuel efficiency, while also reducing emissions. ExhaustTec is a short form for Exhaust Torque Expansion Chamber. This technology enhances the low-end efficiency of the Bajaj Pulsar.
There is no doubt, the Bajaj Pulsar is one of the best performance bikes ever launched in India. The fact that it is still going registering strong sales is a testament to its popularity with Indian customers. However, even a bike like the Bajaj Pulsar needs insurance.
