Personal Accident - Claim Process

You need to furnish the following details when intimating your claim:
- Your contact numbers
- Policy number
- Name of insured person who is injured
- Date and time of accident
- Location of loss
- Brief description on how the accident took place
- Extent of loss
- Place and contact details of the Insured Person.
Also...
- Consult the doctor for precaution and treatment if required
- Alert police authorities in case of road Traffic Accident
- Notify your claim at our call center at the earliest.
