Claims Process
Claims are of two types:
- Cashless Claims
- Reimbursement Claims
In order to provide you hassle free service we have appointed Third Party Administrator (TPA) duly licensed by IRDA.
Our TPA will provide the following claim services:
- Cashless Service for all eligible ailments/conditions at our Network Providers.
- Processing and settlement of claims covered by the MEDICLAIM policy with specified timelines.
- 24 hours Call Centre Service
While clamming, please inform the TPA, on their helpline/ Toll free number mentioned on your health card. Click here to find your TPA.
You will need to furnish the following details while intimating your claim:
- Your Contact Numbers
- Policy Number and Membership ID number (as mentioned on the Health Card)
- Name of Insured person who is sick or iinjured
- Nature of Sickness/Accident
- Date & Time of Loss in case of accident, commencement date of symptom of disease in case of sickness
- Location of Loss
- Place & contact details of the Insured Person.
